  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg white (30g) optional
  • 1 tsp seasoning of choice I use Italian herbs

Tuna Filling

  • 1 can tuna (300g)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or non-fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp dill or parsley
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Tunacado Sandwich Assembly

  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  • Cottage Cheese Bread: Preheat airfryer or oven to 200C/400F. Blend 1 cup cottage cheese with 1 egg white. Optional to sprinkle seasoning on top. Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 20-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Check halfway and dab any excess liquid.
