Strawberry Protein Cheesecake

If you want a high-protein dessert that supports gut health and doesn’t rely on refined sugar, this Strawberry Protein Cheesecake is one to keep on repeat. It sets into a soft, sliceable texture without baking, is naturally sweet from real strawberries, and delivers over 50 g of protein per batch depending on the yoghurt used. The gelatin supports gut lining and collagen production, while Greek yoghurt adds probiotics and creaminess. It is low carb, grain free, gluten free, and made with just four whole-food ingredients – simple, functional, and high impact.

In addition to being protein-forward, this recipe brings together ingredients that work synergistically for overall wellness. Gelatin provides glycine and proline to support connective tissue and gut integrity, yoghurt contributes live cultures to nourish the microbiome, and strawberries supply fibre and antioxidant-rich polyphenols that help feed beneficial bacteria. The result is a balanced, blood sugar-friendly option that delivers protein, collagen-supporting amino acids, and naturally occurring prebiotic compounds in one simple serve.
