Ingredients
Cookie
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter
Filling
- 1-2 tsp peanut butter
Method
1. Stir cookie ingredients in a bowl until it is a dough texture
2. Roll dough into ball, press into cookie shape then make a well into the centre and add the peanut butter filling. Mold cookie sides over the filling.
3. Add choc chips if desired. Bake for 12 mins until crisp around the edges. Let cool for 5 mins where it will harden up.
