
Ingredients
- 1 medjool date
- 1/3 cup boiling water (70ml)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (35g)
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder (20g) (I use Optimum Nutrition)
- 1/4 cup protein vanilla yogurt (60g)
- 1 tsp sweetener (I use monk fruit sweetener)
Instructions
- Soak medjool date in boiling water for 5-10 minutes until softened.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into greased ramekin and bake at 180C for 25-35 minutes.
