Protein Fluff

The perfect high protein, high volume and low calorie snack to cure any sugar craving. Perfect for if you’re feeling like something sweet after dinner!

You can use any flavour of protein, I use strawberry whey protein. The texture is between a mousse and icecream, it’s super light and fluffy (like a cloud!)

  • 150 g ice

Instructions

  • Throw all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender for about 1-3 minutes, until the mixture lightens in colour, doubles in volume and becomes light and fluffy. Enjoy immediately.

Could I substitute 1/2 of a pre-made protein shake (premier protein) instead of almond milk?
