Protein Chocolate Mousse
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 4 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder Vegan Protein is best
- 4 tbsp Coconut Sugar or sugar-free substitute
- Optional: Dash of Vanilla Essence and Cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Scoop into a bowl or jar, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, where it will thicken even more.
