This sweet dip is perfect for jazzing up your fruit and serving up an easy but unique party platter that’ll be sure to impress your guests.
Time: 5 minutes
- 1 can of full fat Coconut Milk (refrigerated overnight) or 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Sweetener of Choice (Maple syrup, coconut sugar, agave, etc)
- 1 tbsp Pitaya Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Lime, squeezed
- Scrape the creamy part of the canned coconut milk that has risen to the top, reserving or discarding the leftover water.
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few minutes to thicken.
TIP: You can also use coconut cream to make it even creamier!
