Ingredients

Just under 1 cup Rolled Oats (70g) (gluten free if needed)

1 tbsp Matcha (5g)

Dash of Salt

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips (vegan if needed)

1/4 cup Powdered Sugar (55g) (I use Sugar-Free Natvia Icing Mix)

1/2 cup Low Fat Cream Cheese (65g) (Room temp) (vegan if needed)

2 tsp Coconut Oil, melted (8g)

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method

Preheat oven to 175 C.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl.

Pour wet into dry, then stir together, after a few minutes, it will moisten into a cookie dough.

Form a big ball, then roll into 12 mini balls, press down into a cookie shape and place on a greased and lined baking tray. Bake 7 minutes—they will look underdone, so do not touch them for at least 10 minutes, during which time they will firm up.
