
Low Carb Protein Bread
This is the best high protein low carb bread you’ll EVER make! It TASTES, LOOKS, FEELS, SMELLS, & TOASTS like the bread we all know and love, but its keto friendly AND super high in fibre, which is great for helping you feel fuller for longer, perfect for any weight loss goals or health goals in general!
- 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup almond flour (100g)
- 12g psyllium husk
- 1 cup mixed seeds (I use pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds)
- 1 tps salt
- 2 tsp baking powder

In a large bowl, mix together the yoghurt and eggs. Stir through ground flaxseed, almond flour, seeds, salt and baking powder. Optional to sprinkle extra seeds on top! Bake for 60 minutes at 180C/350F, until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. If it starts browning too much on the top, cover with foil.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve with Feta Fried Eggs – add feta to pan over medium-high heat until it sizzles, then add pesto and one egg. Cover and let cook, about 1 1/2 minutes for runny yolk.
