Low-Calorie Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 turnip
  • 1 tbsp oil (I use olive oil or coconut oil)
  • seasonings of choice – I use 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt

Method

Slice up your turnips into fries, toss with a Tbsp of oil and seasonings and air fry at 200°C/400°F for 15 min
