Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup egg whites (about 4 hard boiled egg whites)
- 1/2 brown or red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: coriander, jalapeño
Method
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and combined. Keeps for 3-4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
