Crispy Salmon Chips

If you want something salty, crispy, and genuinely satisfying without reaching for processed snacks, these crispy smoked salmon chips are one of the easiest things you can make.

They’re made with just smoked salmon, torn into thin pieces and air fried until lightly crisped around the edges. No prep, no marinade, no effort – but the result is a high-protein, omega-3 rich snack that feels indulgent while still being incredibly clean.

They crisp up just enough to give that chip-like texture, while still keeping a slight chew in the centre. Perfect on their own, or layered onto a bagel for a quick, elevated meal.

Why you’ll love crispy salmon chips

  • Only 1 main ingredient
  • Ready in under 10 minutes
  • High protein and rich in omega-3s

  • Add to a bagel with cream cheese, capers, and red onion
  • Pair with cucumber and fresh dill for a lighter option
  • Add to salads for extra protein and texture
  • Serve with cottage cheese or a yoghurt dip
  • Squeeze fresh lemon over the top before serving
