Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Creamy Chocolate Mousse naturally sweetened with NutriVital Bio-fermented Organic Cranberry. So rich and satisfying, you’ll never guess it’s good for your gut health!

Time: 5 mins

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cans coconut cream (refrigerate overnight, only scoop out thick creamy portion, save water for smoothie or another recipe)
  • 1/4 cup NutriVital Organic Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (55g)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (35g)

Method

  1. Stir together all ingredients. For smoothest results, blend all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate (during which time it will get even thicker).

Tip

When you pick up the can in the store, you want it to feel heavy and solid with no pronounced swishing sound if you shake it.
You can also use two cans of coconut milk, scooping out only the creamy part.
Scoop into a bag fitted with an icing tip and pipe it out for presentation.
