Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

These crunchy cottage cheese chips are so easy to make and the perfect satisfying snack. They are packed with protein, gluten-free, low carb and keto-friendly. You only need one ingredient to make them and you can easily customize them to make different flavours.

More flavour variations

  • Everything bagel seasoning: my favourite seasoning, I have a DIY recipe below and you can also use it on anything such as on top of eggs, salad, bread and more.
  • Chili powder: for a little kick and spice.
  • Garlic and Onion: can never go wrong with these!
  • Cheese: You can mix in a little finely shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese to add a different cheese flavor.
  • Herbs: You can also add some dried herbs like rosemary, parsley or chives.

  • orange slices

Instructions

  • Dissolve gelatine or jelly powder in the boiling water in a bowl. Stir in cold water and protein of choice.
