Ingredients
- 2 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice (60g)
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut (60g)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (24g)
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener (6g) or 1 tbsp maple syrup (20g)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (6g)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (70g)
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips (50g)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir together. Wait a minute or so for the coconut flour to absorb the moisture of the wet ingredients, then stir again. Mix through choc chips if desired.
