Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp gelatin* grass-fed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sweetener optional for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Sprinkle gelatin powder on top of water in a bowl. Let sit for a minute, then gently stir with a spoon (this process is called "blooming"). The water will have a gelatinous appearance.
  • Add bloomed gelatin, yogurt and cocoa powder to a blender and puree for a few seconds until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if desired. Pour mixture into a small bowl or cake pan lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Optional to dust with extra cocoa powder and a drizzle of melted chocolate.

Notes

  • Use agar agar for a vegan option*
