Burger Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together beef mince, egg, tomato sauce, mustard, pickles, onion, garlic, salt, and onion.
- Prepare a rice paper sheet by dipping in water on both sides. Optional to double layer the rice paper for extra crispiness. Place a square of cheddar cheese onto the rice paper, then add two tablespoon of the beef mixture on top.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of oil. Arrange the dumplings in the pan and pour in about ⅔ cup of water. Cover with a lid and steam for about 5 minutes, until the water evaporates. Remove the lid and let the dumplings cook for another 2–3 minutes until the bottoms turn golden brown and crispy.
