•100g Biscoff biscuits
•60g light cream cheese
•1/4 cup Biscoff Spread
•1/4 cup protein powder of choice
•1 tbsp 0 cal maple syrup
50g white chocolate, melted
Extra Biscoff biscuits to crumble
- Combine biscoff biscuits, cream cheese, biscoff spread, protein powder and maple syrup in blender/food processor.
- Form mixture into 12 balls and refrigerate.
- Optional topping is to drizzle balls with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crumbled Biscoff biscuits for decoration.
