Airfryer Protein Brownies
These healthy, high protein protein brownies are ultra rich and fudgy, with up to 15 grams of protein each. Here's how to freeze and mealprep them, and just airfry when you're ready to eat one – a life hack for not eating the whole batch at once.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup choc chips
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Preheat the airfryer to 170°C/340 °F. Pour the batter into a prepared 8-inch pan and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the brownies have formed a thin crust and appear set in the middle.
- If mealprepping, pour into individual brownie ramekins (I use silicon baking moulds) then freeze. When you're ready to eat, place in the airfryer at 190°C/375°F
