A super easy recipe for protein cookies that are soft and chewy, with 20 grams of protein in each healthy cookie!
You can enjoy them raw or baked!

- Preheat the oven to 175C/350F. Stir all ingredients together to form a cookie dough texture.
- Divide dough into four pieces and roll into balls, then press flat into cookie shapes with your hands. If you wish to bake the cookies, bake them on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment if desired, for 8 minutes. Let cool before handling, as the firm up while cooling.
