4 ingredient Protein Bars that are vegan and no-bake!

Time: 10   Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (220g)
  • 1/4 cup liquid sweetener (maple syrup works best or honey if not vegan) (50g)
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder (90g)
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (60g)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
