Ingredients
1 large banana
1/4 cup nut or seed butter of choice (I use peanut butter)
3/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Add all ingredients to a small blender and puree until smooth. Transfer mixture into a small dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate 3 hour or overnight until firm. Slice into squares and enjoy!
- Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze.
