The best and healthiest 3 ingredient cookie!
Great for an afternoon sweet treat when the sugar cravings hit!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple puree
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
Method
- Mix apple puree and honey until combined. Sift in almond flour and mix until a cookie dough texture.
- Use an icecream scoop to make circular cookie shapes.
- Bake at 175C/350F for 20-25 minutes
