Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 block of chocolate (200g) I use 70% dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Add the 4 eggs to a high powered blender whole, including the eggshells, and blend until pureed and very smooth. This may take a few minutes.
  • Add in your chocolate block into the blender, breaking up the pieces as you put it in. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a brownie pan and bake for 20-25 min at 175C/350F. A skewer inserted into the centre should come out clean.
