Pitaya, Lime & Chia Dip

This sweet dip is perfect for jazzing up your fruit and serving up an easy but unique party platter that’ll be sure to impress your guests.

  • 1 can of full fat Coconut Milk (refrigerated overnight) or 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener of Choice (Maple syrup, coconut sugar, agave, etc)
  • 1 tbsp Pitaya Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Lime, squeezed




  1. Scrape the creamy part of the canned coconut milk that has risen to the top, reserving or discarding the leftover water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few minutes to thicken.

TIP: You can also use coconut cream to make it even creamier!
