Möet & Chandon Media Launch at Morris Jones

Moët & Chandon Champagne Lunches are launching at Windsor’s Morris Jones Restaurant & Bar. Officially launching on the 31st of March 2016, here’s a sneaky peak of what’s to come!

 

Morris Jones Restaurant

Head chef Matthew Butcher has dreamed up an amazing three-course champagne inspired menu, with delicacies, starters, mains and dessert. Available lunch time Friday, Saturday and Sunday weekly, $35 for two courses and $45 for three with a glass of wine.

 

Delicacies: Salt & Vinegar Chips, made out of saltbush leaves.

An eye-catching Starter; Champagne Poached Salmon with yuzu seeds, candied chilli, honey pumpkin.

Starter: Zucchini flowers filled with basil pesto, honeycomb, pumpkin jam.

Main: Local Mushroom Risotto – Truffle Grains, pickled grapes.

Main: Wild Barramundi, broccoli couscous, chicken skin, champagne veloute.

One of my favourite Melbourne desserts of all time, the Nitro Violet Crumble – liquid nitrogen honeycomb, ganache, violet icecream.
